Refund Policy — No Returns
No Returns Accepted
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research peptides — including chain-of-custody, sterility, and storage-condition requirements standard across the research-chemical industry — we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order ships, the product cannot be sent back to us for any reason.
No Refunds
Once payment has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — except in the single case outlined below.
The Only Exception
The sole circumstance in which a refund will be offered is if we are unable to fulfill your order because the product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable at the time of processing. In that case we will contact you and offer either:
- A full credit toward a future order, or
- A refund processed through the payment provider used at the time of your order
This exception applies only to confirmed out-of-stock situations verified by our team.
Where a refund is offered, it is processed through the payment provider handling our transactions at the time of your order. Because these refunds are managed by third-party payment processors, the method, form, and timing of any refund may vary and may not be a direct return to your original payment method.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at support@praxpeptides.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Damage caused by improper storage after delivery is not eligible.
Why No Returns?
Research peptides are sensitive biological compounds. Once a vial leaves our facility, we cannot verify how it was handled, stored, or whether it has been opened — meaning we have no way to verify the integrity of any returned product. This policy is standard across the research-peptide industry and is in place to protect the safety and reliability of every order we fulfill.
