No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once payment has been sent, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — except in the single case outlined below.

Due to the nature of our payment processing through cryptocurrency, all transactions are irreversible the moment they are confirmed on the blockchain. We are unable to reverse, cancel, or retrieve payments once they have been sent. This is a technical limitation of how cryptocurrency payments work, not a discretionary business decision.

The Only Exception

The sole circumstance in which a refund or replacement will be offered is if we are unable to fulfil your order because the product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable at the time of processing. In this case, we will contact you and offer either:

• A full credit toward a future order, or
• A refund issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment

This exception applies only to confirmed out-of-stock situations verified by our team. It does not apply to order cancellations, change of mind, delayed shipping, or any other reason.

• No refund will be issued for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect order, dissatisfaction with the product, or shipping delays
