No Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. This is standard policy across the research-peptide industry due to chain-of-custody, sterility, and storage requirements.
The only exception: If we cannot fulfill your order because the product is out of stock at the time of processing, we will issue a full refund or store credit.
Lost or damaged shipments: Contact support@praxpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Damage caused by improper storage after delivery is not covered.
Refund processing: When a refund is issued (under the exception above or for verified shipping issues), it is processed through the payment provider used at the time of your order. The method, form, and timing of any refund may vary and may not be a direct return to your original payment method.
Product use
Our products are research materials. Because of how they are used, we cannot be responsible for outcomes or consequences from misuse. You take responsibility for using them properly and following the law in your area.
